Our client, Launch.career, is a rapidly growing digital platform connecting employers with young graduates, facilitating the exploration of exciting employment opportunities. After the initial development of their minimum viable product (MVP) by another vendor, Launch.career partnered with us to elevate their platform to the next level. They sought to solidify their MVP and transform it into a fully-fledged product with the robust technical foundation necessary for sustained growth. This case study explores our collaboration and the approach we employed.

Challenge
Launch.career approached us to reinforce the technical foundation of their existing MVP, preparing them for platform expansion across Europe. Our challenge was to quickly gain a deep understanding of the previous technical implementation and make informed decisions for the future.
Solution
We performed a technical audit on the existing technical setup, documenting our findings and presenting those to the Launch leadership team. After finding common ground on a rational refactoring roadmap, we implemented the proposed changes with a small but highly effective team.
Approach
We set up a blended product team consisting of their CTO together with a product manager, engineering manager and multiple software engineers from our end. Through a joint operating model we stayed aligned throughout this journey with short release cycles.
