Challenge
The Phished product consists of multiple online portals that all have an ambitious roadmap. They reached out to us when they had big plans to renew the Phished Academy. Our challenge was to set up a full-service product team on a special 6-month mission, working in conformity with Phished’s engineering practices.
Solution
We designed and built an entirely new version of Phished’s educational interface, blending courses, hands-on trainings and much more into an intuitive user experience. The initial conceptualisation was ready in one month’s time and the full release was ready to go in under 6 months.
Approach
Through a product design trajectory we were able to map out all functional requirements which were then translated into a prioritised backlog. We gathered a team of 3 software engineers who then worked shoulder-to-shoulder with Phished engineers, under the supervision of a product manager from their end.
