Our client, Phished, is a rapidly growing SaaS scale-up headquartered in Leuven, Belgium. As a European market leader in cybersecurity, they empower businesses of all sizes to bolster their cyber resilience through a combination of online phishing simulations and interactive training. To keep pace with their rapid growth, Phished has partnered with our team at Panenco for specialized, dedicated product development initiatives. Challenge
The Phished product consists of multiple online portals that all have an ambitious roadmap. They reached out to us when they had big plans to renew the Phished Academy. Our challenge was to set up a full-service product team on a special 6-month mission, working in conformity with Phished’s engineering practices.
Solution
We designed and built an entirely new version of Phished's educational interface, creating an intuitive user experience that seamlessly blends courses, hands-on training, and more. We completed the initial conceptualization within a month, and the full release was ready to launch in under six months.
Approach
Through a comprehensive product design process, we meticulously mapped out all functional requirements, translating them into a prioritized backlog. We then assembled a team of three skilled software engineers who worked closely alongside Phished engineers, under the guidance of a product manager from their team.
