We partnered with Q7 to build a fully digital, AI-driven platform that turns role creation into a seamless, conversational experience, automatically generating standardized role description profiles (RDPs) and mapping them to external compensation databases.
Compensation management is still heavily manual in most organizations: lengthy intake forms, unstructured job descriptions, and analysts spending significant time translating role data into benchmarkable profiles. Q7 Leader needed a platform that could scale their proven methodology without sacrificing rigor or consistency.
We built a product around two core flows: conversational AI that turns chat or voice input into complete, methodology-compliant role description profiles, and an automatic matching engine that maps those profiles to external compensation databases while supporting custom mappings for emerging roles.
We started with focused discovery workshops to deeply encode Q7 Leader's compensation methodology, then ran two delivery tracks in parallel: rapid prototyping for conversational role intake and production-grade platform architecture for multi-client scalability, integrations, and reliable AI matching.

Our partnership continues with a roadmap focused on deeper database integrations, expanded profile mapping flexibility, and further hardening of the AI matching engine for consistency at scale.
