Shipping AI-assisted code.Security, structure and governance in production.

We'd like to invite you to a small evening on AI-assisted development and what breaks in production.

We've been shipping code with AI assistance and tracking what happens when it reaches production. Review gaps, missed test coverage, security assumptions that didn't survive contact with production.

We're keeping it to 25 people so most of the evening can be open discussion. We'd value your questions and your own experience in the room.

Intended for tech leads and product people who are shipping with AI tooling.

What we'll discuss

We focus on building and reviewing faster with AI, while staying explicit about who is accountable, how fast is fast enough for your team, and what good looks like before you ship.

01

Code you can still own

AI helps you write and change code quickly. We discuss who reads it before merge and how you keep the codebase easy to change later, not frozen by opaque patches.

02

Security you still verify

Tools suggest fixes and pull in libraries fast. We discuss what you still check yourself on secrets, dependencies, and threats before you trust the merge.

03

Tests that catch real failures

Shipping stays fast only if quality holds. We contrast green dashboards with tests that fail when behaviour breaks, so speed does not outrun what users will see.

04

Shipping with clear rules

Everyone needs the same bar for what counts as ready. We cover simple agreements: who reviews AI-assisted changes, what gets logged, and when a release is acceptable.
